It cannot be denied that at any stage and age of life the decisions are taken out of emotions just because you feel like doing it. Micro or macro decision in life are taken out of emotions and always thought that they are well researched and taken out of intelligence. If given a thought it would be clear that right from waking up, dressing up, food, travelling, work and all other activities even setting goals are done out of emotions. Emotions have all the power to break or build up a person.

We all know that we undergo several emotions in a day, some are positive and some are negative. We cannot stop or avoid any of our emotions that we experience. It is a natural process. The need is to handle the emotions effectively so as to get the best results. It is a fact that when you are happy your energy is at its peak, relationship are in order lots of fun moreover you find the ways to enjoy and also make others happy. At the end of the day you are satisfied with yourself, others and your work. Positive emotions can be handled and channelized easily and gives results. Nobody can keep any one happy as the reasons for happiness is different for different people. The need is to take the charge of your own happiness and nurture the positive emotions like happiness, love, affection, trust, care, gratitude forgiveness and so on and feel powerful and positive and get all the energy to move forward, succeed and enjoy success too. You are the same person when you are sad or angry. You are drained out, left with no energy, relationships are affected and work is hampered. Blaming and complaining becomes the process of work. At the end of the day you are upset and dissatisfied with your work and with yourself. It is natural to feel sad, angry and upset. Again it is thought that, people make us sad, upset and angry. It is not true at all. Blaming others is a waste of time. People only trigger which is within us. The need is to find what makes you sad, angry or upset? With introspection one can find the reason is the person himself. Once getting aware of this you can work on the area that gives you such negative emotions and can handle them easily. All negative emotions such as sadness, anger, frustration, hatred, jealously so on can be handled if you understand it has nothing to do with others but only you.
Negative emotions are more intense than the positive emotions and the beauty of it is if used in a constructive way gives better result. Anger can be used as why can’t I do it I will prove myself, hatred can be used as I am not liking this I will change, jealousy can be used to move forward rather than pulling others down. It should be always remembered that ultimate success is in positive emotions as it gives you satisfaction, love, recognition as well as respect and dignity.
In this competitive fast moving world, being practical is of utmost necessity but should be remembered that emotions play an important role in achieving success. Good emotional health leads to good physical and good mental health. So handle your emotions don’t let your emotions handle you.
